Alappuzha North Police Station

This is very old Police Station which earlier known as Alappuzha Police Station, was bifurcated in to Alappuzha North with effect from 28th November 1947. The jurisdiction of this station was further reduced on the formation of Mararikkulam Police Station vide G.O. (Rt) No. 1778/85/ Home dated 12/06/1985and again the area of Jurisdiction has been reduced and confined to the Alappuzha South, Mullakkal, KOmalapuram, Pathirappalli, Alappuzha West villages on the formation of Mannanchery PS vide G.O(Rt.No. 541/11/Home Dt. Thiruvananthapuram 17-02-11.
