"Operation Toofan": Two Inter-State Workers Arrested with 12 kg of Cannabis

As part of Operation Toofan, two inter-state workers were arrested for possessing 12 kilograms of cannabis. The accused have been identified as Rafiul Mondal (21) and Parvesh Mondal (19), both natives of Murshidabad. They were arrested by the Rural District DANSAF Team in a joint operation with the Angamaly Police.

The accused had allegedly purchased the cannabis from Odisha. They traveled by train from Bengal to Chennai, where they boarded another train to Angamaly Railway Station, where they were apprehended.
