Two persons were arrested with 550 grams of MDMA

Two persons were arrested with 550 grams of MDMA worth several lakhs of rupees. The accused, Muhsin (also known as Moosin, 28) and Muhammad Sahil (25), both natives of Fort Kochi, were taken into custody by the Ernakulam Rural District DANSAF and Angamaly Police.

The operation was carried out based on confidential information received by District Police Chief K. S. Sudarshan.

According to police, the accused purchased the synthetic drug from Bengaluru and travelled by bike up to Vaniyampara. From there, they continued in a taxi car toward Kochi to sell the drugs. Police intercepted the vehicle in a dramatic operation at Angamaly and took the duo into custody.
