Crime 1000/2020 U/s 302 IPC

The case is that the accused person killed his father by assaulting and beating with a wooden stick and hitting with a brick on 28.08.2020 at their house at Kadapplackal Colony, Kaduvamuzhi, Erattupetta. Primarily the FIR was registered u/c 174 CrPC and after further investigation, it is revealed that the accused person who is the son of the deceased person killed his father. The accused person arrested without giving any chance to flee away from the jurisdiction.
