New notification

On   15.01.1959  an out Post was  started at Mundur under the Mankara  Police  Station Juisdiction. Later on 04.04.1974 as per the GO  (Rt) No 135/74/Home  dtd 25.01.2074 an new Kongad Station was inaugurated by the Sri V.N.Rajan IPS The Special Inspector General of Police in  a new building of the Kongad Bus  Statnd.

A new building has been constructed by the Kerala Police Housing Construction  Corporation at Kongad I  Village, block 04, resurvey No 178/02, old survey number 310-C/1 in Kongad Panchayath, Palakkad  Taluk, Palakkad  Dist to  Kongad PS The  Govt  have  decided to shift Kongad Police Station to newly constructed building  innauguration  23.07.2021   SRO No 45/2021 (GO(P) No.2/2021/Home  dated 11/01/2021) declaring the building No  10/1053  of  Kongad Grama Panchayath.
