In this case on getting reliable information about the illegal storage and transportation of sandal woods at Mulayamkavu, the complainant SI of Police, Koppam reached there and on detecting  1805 Kgms of Sandal woods filled in 82 sacks loaded in the vehciles bearing registration number TN 70 L 0614 Lorry and KL 48 F 2542 Pick up van and KL 52 F 3022 Motor Cycle without any valid documents by the accused persons, the complaiant arrested the accused persone 1) Muhammad, 29, S/o- Moiduppa, Padaparambil House, Kulukallur Post, Mulayamkavu. 2) Rajan, 37 years, S/o Chamy, Parakkalathil House, Vandumthara, Kulukallur. and seized the properties sandal woods 1805 Kgms and the vehicles. The other accused persons 3) Mani, 4) Kabeer ran away from the spot hence could not arrested, etc fact. This is one of the biggest detection of sandal in Kerala.
