JURISDICTION

The jurisdiction comprises the complete village of Pathanapuram, Pattazhi vadakkekara, Punnala and part of Pidavoor, Pirvanthoor and Edamon village. Pathanapuram Police Station is under the administrative jurisdiction of the Punalur subdivision.Pathanapuram panchayath, Patttazhy vadakkekkara panchayath, Piravanthoor panchayath, and a part of Thalavoor panchayath constitute the geographical area of this station. A large forest area consisting of Mannarapara forest range and main area of Konni forest range is situated in the station limit.
