Husband Arrested for Allegedly Murdering Wife

A man has been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife. The accused, Rabbul Amin (40), a native of Nagaon, was arrested by the Perumbavoor Police.

The incident occurred on Monday morning. According to the police, the accused allegedly beat his wife, Mersins Khatun (29), to death with a plywood board after becoming enraged when her father refused to give him ₹2 lakh, which he had demanded.
