Rescue by Ponnani Coastal Police

On 12.12.2022 at 16.00 hrs 3 fisher men ventured in sea for fishing from Edakkahiyur Fish Landing Center, Chavakkad. While fishing in west sea of Ponnani coast around 8 Nautical Mile  at 20. 00 hrs their fibre vessel Brocken due to bad weather, 3 fisher man named, Mansoor age: 19, Chandran@Jagan age: 35 and Dhanapalan age: 35  fall into the sea. After 20 hrs Mansoor and Chandran@Jagan were rescued by the fishermen who were fishing in the sea on 13.12.2022 at 16.00 hrs.   and they informed to Ponanni Coastal Police Station to find out the other missing person Dhanapalan. According to their information, the Ponnani Coastal Police conducted a search for the missing person and find out in the sea at 5 nautical miles west of Ponnani coast and admitted him in Ponnani Taluk Hospital and referred  to MCH, Thrissur for further treatment
