Alathur Police Station

Alathur Police Station who established in 1953  near the Taluk office at Alathur . The jurisdiction comes places from Alathur, Erimayur, Melarcode, Kavasserry, Tharur Panchayaths and Two wards of Thenkurrissi Panchayath. The present building unvieled on 23.07.2020. The station compound is situated in the middle of  all Govt offices such as Civil Station on one end and other revenue Dept offices at opposite side. The Sub Divisional Police Office is nearest to the New Police Station premises and nearest to the National Highway 544 which is more convenient to the public and there by render timely and proper service and Law Enforcement.
