Illegal organ donation by forging fake documents: Three arrested in rural district.
Sunny Varghese (56) and his wife Sini Varghese (50) of Morakkala Thadiyan house in Kumarapuram, Kunnathunadu, and Sanoj (32) of Kuzhikkadan house in Kavungaparamba, Chelakkulam were arrested in Ernakulam rural district, while Sreeja and Sudheer were arrested at Kilikallur police station in Kollam.
