Police Station was inagurated by Hon' the Chief Minister Sri Oomman Chandi Vide order No GO(Rt) No. 36/2012/ Home dtd 5/1/2012 on 18/1/2012.Police Station is functioning in a dilapidated asbestose shed owenwd by Kerala Water Authority
