Chavara Thekkumbhagam Police Station

This Police Station was opened on 5.8.1987 vide Order NO GO (Rt) 2089/87 home dated 30.6.1987. Early the Station was opened in a rental building in building NO 1/225 of Thekkumbhagom Panchayath. As per No GO (Rt) 2763/10 home dated 03.09.10, No. 4848/E1 home and PHQ Ent No S2 7599/11 dated 31.05.11 the functioning of Thekkumbhagom PS shifted from rented building at Thekkumbhagom to owned Building No. 433/XI Thevalakkara Panchayath at Pullikkattu Jn on 08.06.11. It is a multi-storied building with enough space to the subordinates with an area of 15 cents in survey No 380/17 of Thevalakkara Panchayath.
