Chingavanam Police Station

Station is now functioning in a Government building from 1/7/1999 vide Government Order. No. GO (RT) 1999/99 Home dated 20/05/1999. Chingavanam Police station is situated in old ward No XIII of Nattakam Panchayath functioning in building No.808. Now Nattakam Panchayath has been abolished and amalgamated in Kottayam Municipality. The station building is now situates in ward 36 of Kottayam Municipality and building number to be assigned from that office. Chingavanam PS started on 14.08.1987 vide GO (Rt) No.2666/87/Home dated 01.08.87.
