Jurisdiction consist of Edathua Panchayath and Thalavadi Panchayath and Edathua and Thalavadi villages. Two important festivals having massive public participation are Chakulathkavu Ponkala and Edathua St. George ferona Church festivel. Pilgrims from all over the state and Tamilnadu are participated in these festivals .
