Notorious criminal arrested-mangal panday

The accused has been involved in 10 cases at various stations over the past five years. Fatal Torture, Murder attempt and homicide attempt were registered.The arrests were led by Kollam ACP Pradeep Kumar and Iravipuram Police Inspector Ajit Kumar on the directions of the Kollam City Police Commissioner.
