Kollam Vanitha Police Station

The station was opened on 28-09-2015 vide Govt.order No.101/2014/Home dated 17th May 2014 and the Govt.declared building No.MC VIII/1619-789-B of Kollam Corporation in survey No.84/3,Block No.92 of Kollam East Village in Kollam Thaluk owned by Police Department as Kollam Vanitha Police station. In exercise of the powers conferred upon section 14(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Central act 2 of 1974),the Chief Judicial Magistrate,Kollam hereby exercise all the powers of the jurisdiction of the Kollam city Vanitha Police station with jurisdiction over the entire area of Kollam city Police District,provided by law or any powers within which he/she has been invested by the Hon’ble High court of Kerala.
