Rescue mission of Munakakadavu Coastal Police

The boat, Samuel, which was fishing in the deep sea, was hit hard in the Chetuva Sea. The boat's engine broke down and it lost control and drifted into the sea. Martin, a laborer, fell into the sea from a shaky boat.Other workers on the fishing boat reported the incident to the police station. Soon after, the interceptor boat of the Munakakadavu Coastal Police reached the sea and rescued the boat which lost control and brought Martin safely to shore. Eyewitnesses said the fishermen and the boat were rescued by the Munakakkadavu Coast Guard in a timely manner.Coastal Police Inspector Mahendra Singh, Civil Police Officer Sajan, Coastal Warden Lal Krishna and Boat Srang Vinod led the rescue operation.
