Crime 199-20 U/S 25 (a) r/w 5 (1 B), (a), (c) 29 (a) (b) of Arms Act 1959,

Accused  who were traditional Blacksmith hatched a conspiracy with A2 and A4 to made illegal country made a Gun and Ammunition for sale.  For the fulfilment of this conspiracy they obtained gun powder from A9 and Rivet from spare parts shop at Nagampadam to make Ammunitions, metals from different metals shops in Kottayam and Barrels from Combiatore. By using all these raw materials A1 and A3 had illegal made different types of guns such as revolver (.22 Calibre), Thottagun and Country made gun. They also made .22 Calibre cartridges with the rivet and gun powder. With the help of A2 and A4 they used to sold their illegal guns and Ammunitions in Kottayam and adjacent Districts Since 2012. Thereby committed the offence under    Section 25 (a) r/w 5 (1 B), (a), (c) 29 (a) (b) of Arms Act 1959, 5 of Explosive Substances Act 1908 and 120 (B), 201 IPC.
