Two inter-state workers arrested by police with 10 kg of ganja. Prasannakumar Bisoi (31) and Barun Bisoi (31), natives of Ganjam, Odisha, were arrested under the leadership of Ramamangalam Police Station Inspector K.R. Mohandas.
