Sakthikulangara Police Station

Sakthikulangara Police Station was formed and opened on 30.06.1972. vide GO .(Rt) No. 846/72 Home. Dtd .06.06.1972. This was formally an outpost of KollamWest PS by name Kavanadu OP . The station was sanctioned assigning the name Neendakara Police station and name was changed Sakthikulangara Police Station asper GO(Rt) No.1735/73 Home dtd 07.11.1973. Now the Police station building is situated in old Sakthikulangara Panchayath office on 30.01.1998 vide GO(Rt) 5495/1997 Home dtd 22.12.1997.
