Upputhara Police Station

Upputhara Police Station was orignally the out post of Peermade Police station. The station was offcially opened on 20-4-86 by Hon'ble Home Minister of Kerala Sri. Vayalar Ravi as per GO(Rt) 1234/86/Home dated 19-4-86. The station was functioning in new building from 15-3-2001, inaugurated by Sri. P J Joseph, Mister of Education and works. This station fall under Peermade Circle and Kattappana Sub division.
