Vellarada Police Station

Vellarada Police Station is functioning in a Govt. building at Vellarada Gramma Panchayath in building No.VP/IX/84 in Vellarada village survey No. 663/38663/2005 in 50cent of land. The present building of the police station was opened on 17.07.1987 as per GO (RT) No. 2138/87, dtd: 03.07.1987. Vellarada Police Station came into existence on 23.09.1960 by upgrading Panachamoodu Outpost as per GO (RT) No. 1255/60, dtd: 23.09.1960.
