Karipur Police Station is situated at Kumminipparamba in Pallikkal Panchayath in Malappuram District. It is opened on 10.02.2009. Inaugurated by Sri. Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, Hon’ble Home Minister, Tourism and vigilance of Kerala. The station is functioning in a rented building.  The station is specifically formed for ensuring safety to the Calicut International Airport and its surronding peripheries. Station is 4 km away from Calicut Airport

Karipur Police Station is opened on 10.02.2009 vide GO (Rt) No. 470/2009/Home / TVPM Dated 09.02.2009 and published as SRO no. 126/2009 in Keral guzatte. Extra ordinary no. 328 Dtd 09.02.2009.  ( Notification Modified No. GO (Rt) 345/2013 Home Dtaed TVPM dated 11.02.2013 SRO No. 151/2013)

Pallikkal Village -  Karipur, Chirayil
Pulikkal Village - Muttayur (Part) (Except northern side of NH 213), Vellara and Muzhangallur
Kondotty Village :  Kolathur(Part) (Airport Road Western side), Kondotty (Part)(Southern side of road from Nuhman Junction to Mukkood via Melangadi.
Nediyiruppu Village : Palakkaparamba.  Total jurisdictional area is about 36 Sq kms. Revenue jurisdiction partially 4 villages and 2 Panchayath and one Municipality. Jurisdictional courts are SDM Court Tirur, JFCM 1 Court Manjeri, CJM Court Manjeri and District Courts. Kondotty, Thenhippalam and Vengara are the boarder police stations of Karipur PS
