ARRESTED ACCUSED IN NILAMBUR PS CR 155/2022

The case in brief is that on 10.03.2022 in between 10.30 hrs to 12.00 hrs the accused , his friend santha and the deceased Mubarak , together gone to the bank of Chalyar river , from there they intoxicated, after intoxication accused gone for fishing. Meanwhile the accused and the deceased quarrelled each other , following the sexual demand of deceased for accused friend Shantha. Finally the accused assaulted the deceased with wood stick collected from the bank and pushed him to the river ended in murder . In this case accused Majeesh was arrested on 15.03.2022
