PERINGOME Police Station

Peringome Police station was opened for the first Time as Pakka Police Station on 21/01/1939. Prior to that date this was an out post attached to Payyanur Police station.After 6 month this station was degraded in to n out post gain.On 15/01/1947 the station was upgraded into a Police station, againon 10/09/1952 this was degraded to an out post. On 01.11.1955 this was again upgraded in to a Pakk Police station wide GO(MS)/2737/Home Dtd : 05.10.1955 on 13/01/1975. Notification for the shifting of Police station to the bove new building has been published Vide GO Rt 1575/2017 Home Dtd : 20/07/1977.
