The existing building   inaugurated by Sri. R. Padmanabhan IPS, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Kozhikode on 14.9.1988 vide GO rt No. 3976/88 home dated 06.8.1988 And no previous details  are avalable about this Police Station. The Present building situated in the eastern side  of Court Complex The most important places are Anagdippuram Perinthalmanna, Pulamnanthole Thootha and Karinkalllathani.

During theInitial Stage of the Perinthalmanna Police station, Jurisdiction included 27 Amsoms, they were Perinthalmanna, Angadippuram, Thazhekkode, Valamboor, Mulliyakurissi, Pathaikkara, Arakkuparamba, Anamangad, Pulamanthole, Aliparamba, elamkulam,Cherakkaparmba, Kuruva, Vadakkangara, Kootilangadi, Kolathur, Kuruvabalam, Chemmalasseri, Moorkkanad, Pang, Puzhakkatiri, Kadungapuram, Kadannamanna, Mankada, Mankada Pallipuram, Kodur And Pazhmullur. later The Mulliyakurissi Amsom was included to  Melattur Police Station. On 01.06.1968  the Kolathur Out Post upgraded to as Police station the following Amsoms Transfered to Kolathur Police station Jurisdiction. They are Cherakkaparmba, Kuruva, Vadakkangara, Kootilangadi, Kolathur, Kuruvabalam, Chemmalasseri, Moorkkanad, Pang, Puzhakkatiri, Kadungapuram, Kodur And Pazhmullur. On 07.08.2010 inagurated Mankada police station the following Amsoms Transfered to Mankada Police Station Mankada, Mankada Pallipuram.

The Jurisdiction of Perinthalmanna Police Station are Pathaikara, Angadipuram, Elamkulam, Aliparamba, Anamangad, Arakkuparamba, Thazhekode and a parts of Pulamanthole and Valamboor villages. Angadippuram Panchayath, Thazhekode Panchayath, Alipparamba Panchayath, Elamkulam Panchayath, Pulamanthole Punchayath and Perinthalmanna Municipality are in Perinthalmanna Police Station limit. Kolathur, mankada, Melattur, Pattambi, Cherpulassery and Nattukal Police stations are the Border Police stations of Perinthalmanna Police Station

Sree Thirumadamkunnu bagavathi Temple, Thali  Siva Temple, EMS Mana and Kodikuthimala  are the important tourist and historical  places in Perinthalmanna Police station Limit.

Historical Importance

Thirumandhamkunnu Temple: is a historically significant Hindu temple in Angadipuram, Perinthalmanna, which was the capital of Valluvanad Rajavamsham,in Malappuram district, Kerala state, South India. The temple deity, Thirumandhamkunnil amma, was the paradevatha (official goddess) of the kings of Valluvanad, the local feudal kings ruled the area in the Middle Ages. The Nair warriors (called Chavers, literally "martyrs") of Valluvanad king set out from this temple to Thirunavaya, to participate in the famous Mamankam festival. A memorial structure called the chaver thara ("platform of the martyrs") can be found in front of the main entrance of the Thirumanthamkunnu Temple and Thali Mahadeva Kshethram at Angadippuram   

Angadippuram Railway Station and cherukara railway stations are Heritage railway stations in Perinthalmanna Police Jurisdiction
