The total area of the Police Station jurisdiction is 19.78 Sq Km in which 6.64 Sq km of land and 13.14 Sq Km of Water. The most important tourist place such as Bolgatty Palace and also most important pilgrimage centre of St Marys Bascilica Vallarpadam are situated in Mulavukad Police Station Limits. Mulavukad Panchayath, St Marys High School, HI HS School, Ponnarimangalam and Panambukad Primary Health Centres are the main instituitions functioning in the Police Station limit.
